I can personally vouch for this man, Michel, and his blueness! Plus he's French. I've received nothing but good service and a great sense of humor from them.

Tonight I had to call them regarding the inability of Fed Ex to deliver a recent wine order to the address I had requested. This fundie jerk is refusing to deliver it to my private mailing company because they say it is wine and I have to sign for it. If you go to the Fed Ex site, it says 21 or older can sign for the delivery.

I called the Organic Wine Company to complain, they are going to deal with Fed Ex for me. But the man graciously said, "My, what does it take to get a bottle of wine to a table in this country? Maybe this is a religious person who is holding your wine hostage to get even with all sinners!"

I laughed so hard which I needed at that point!

Check them out! I first started ordering from them after hearing Thom Hartmann recommend them!

4. thank you for letting me know about this company. as for fed-ex, even

though organic is dealing with them, I would call their main number and point out to them that since they cannot do their job properly, you will be using DHL from now on.

A friend of mine who runs a small business had trouble with them over a billing that was wrong (they charged her $100 for a non-existent shipment, and refused to straighten it out. I suggested that she use the DHL threat--and, lo and behold, she got a credit that same day.
