I'm willing to admit that I was wrong, and I was very happy to tell him face to face how proud I was of him when he spoke to the Washington State Democratic Caucus awhile back. Andy was a very beloved man who worked his ass off for voter verified paper ballots here and all over the country. According to the information I have read here and elsewhere, instead of doing the actual work, Ms. Harris allegedly passed Andy's work off as her own. She also allegedly made the last few months of his life a living hell.

All I will say about Bev Harris is that I would never, ever want her Karma.

33. Randi actually solicited donations on the air for Bev and BBV

during the 2004 election because Bev had led Randi to believe that she was going to Ohio with her group to demand answers for the problems that were happening in Ohio, like people standing in line for eight hours and then still not being able to vote in democratic precincts.

Then Bev disappeared. It was a couple of days later before Randi tracked her down and put her on the air. Randi asked her what was wrong? What could we do to help her to finish her Job? Bev just blathered on about the Diebold machines had something in them that said that they could call home and Randi lost it.

I think Randi donated a good amount of money to her too.

The way I remember it was I was listening to Randi and she started going off on some shit about Bev using donor funds to make a movie (absolutely a lie!) and then went on to say that Bev wouldn't answer her phone. (Another absolute LIE) As a member of BBV.org I immediately called Bev at the number listed on the front page of the web site and she answered right away. I was the one who told her what Randi was saying on air and I called Air America in New York and spoke to them. They in turn gave me a phone number in the studio where Randi was broadcasting from that Bev could use to talk to her on air.

Bev was in Volusia County florida at the time trying to obtain the poll tapes and other election records that had been requested under the FOIA request submitted some time earlier. It's true that Randi's producers had called the BBV number back in Seattle trying to reach her but they never tried to contact her cell phone number listed as the BBV.org 'media contact' number on the web site. Bev never "disappeared", in fact she was with Andy Stephenson in Florida at the time. Randi was the one who attacked Bev over claims made by people on this web site that she was using the donated money to make a movie for her own enrichment. That claim was absolutely false just as most of the claims in your post are.

The show segment was pulled from the AAR archives because Randi's producers and the AAR brass realized that they had libeled BBV.org by making those unsubstantiated claims, but not before it had been archived elsewhere. It's still available on the Internet if you search for it. If you can't find it I'll be happy to make arrangements to get it posted to the BBV.org web site from my personal stash.

After looking at this story more closely, I don't think I can conclude that Bev was the reason for Heller's legal troubles. How do we know that Bev was the first to tell authorities about this? How do we know what Bev said incriminated Heller. Perhaps the authorities had this figured out beforehand, and Bev was just filling them in on the details?

As much as I despise Bev, let's not jump to conclusions based on assumptions. Unless there is further proof that Bev's testimony was incriminating, and not just summarizing what was already known, I won't be able to jump to any conclusions. We may well find out that Bev stabbed this guy in the back. It wouldn't be the first time she has done that to someone. Or the second. Or the third. But in this case, we simply don't know yet.

Perhaps you should read the indictment and see what evidence the DA used to file the charges against him. Please point out where Bev Harris or Black Box Voting.org was mentioned. We've been actively organizing a campaign to get the charges dropped. Show me what you've done to help him.

Are you trying to say that the $100,000.00 dollars in donor funds that Black Box Voting.org has spent on funding the Leon County hack tests of the Diebold equipment was a fraud?

Are you going on record saying that the evidence amassed by BBV.org, that has been corroborated by a number of subsequent teams of computer experts across the country, is all bogus?

I knew Andy Stephenson as a friend, and I worked very closely with him here in California convincing Kevin Shelley and the VSPP to get that Diebold equipment de-certified based on the facts. I have photos and videos I'm willing to post if you want me to prove it. I'm also very aware of how easily Andy was manipulated, due to his kind and trusting nature. I saw first hand how easily he fell for the BS about how Delbert 'Mike' Vreeland called him from his jail cell, and was supposedly "shadowing terrorists who were going to nuke the twin cities" just prior to the 2004 elections. He broke that news right here on this forum and the threads are still here in the archives if anyone has forgotten. What ever happened with that? It turned out to be bullshit, did it not?

I saw first hand how he fell for the BS about Jeff Gannon actually being little Johnny Gosch, despite the vast difference in their ages. Do you deny that he was wrong about that too, despite the outcome of the DNA test that he brought Johnny's mother on MSNBC to demand? Do you still back that claim despite the fact that the DNA test proved otherwise? Do you still believe that those type of "conspiracy theories" help the election reform movement? Do you still claim that all of us at Black Box Voting.org are just engaged in a massive fraud to make money and Andy was all purity and enlightenment?

Funny how you can pick and choose what facts you pay attention to. It's a damn good thing that posts made under an assumed name on an Internet forum don't hold the same evidenciary value as the facts reported by known computer experts like Dr. Hugh Thompson and Harri Hursti have in a courtroom, otherwise the court challenges like the one Lowell Findley just filed here in California wouldn't stand a chance. Why are you so hellbent on discrediting everything that so many of us have worked so hard to expose? How can you claim to be for election reform while doing so?
