I am HUMLIATED! I've started to watch Tweety and Lou Dobbs!

Before anyone thinks I've lost my mind...and makes me feel more humiliated that I already do about this (since I supported with "Loud Mouth" Tweety BOYCOTT and have dissed Lou Dobbs so many times I can't count here on DU...I have to confess...that they GOT ME! :puke: on myself...but it is what it is..........

Still..even watching what "APPEARS" to be a "Move to the RIGHT" from both sites...I still find myself not "APPLAUDING THEM" but "QUESTIONING WHY" it TOOK SO LONG... And, that's what bothers me about being "SUCKED BACK IN."

I'm trying to confess that I'm a "Hypocrit" but maybe I can "defend myself" by saying "I'm only doing RESEARCH as to how the Media Whores can SPIN ON A TURN OF A DIME" if one spins a dime till it falls...which side does it fall on..and what are the "odds" in Las Vegas.

Anyway...maybe it's good that folks watch the MSM for a "little bit" and figure it's "RESEARCH" and not being a "SUCK UP." :shrug:

5. I've been enjoying Lou Dobbs lately myself, but

even without Tweety's obvious bush-love, his whole manner just aggravates the hell out of me. He thinks he plays hard ball, but he doesn't. He thinks he has a real command of political situations, but he doesn't. He thinks he is an intellectual giant, he isn't. He is enamoured of himself and his opinions. Where do they find these people??

Can't watch Tweety even if there wasn't a boycott.

the polls don't speak well for supporting the administration.

Though I am still not convinced the media is nothing more then a corporate propaganda machine.

Print seems to have some what more integrity, there are some newspapers who have stood by their word and opinion without wavering. I'd rather give my time and money to them.

8. Many times I have solved

...the world's problems in intricate detail after an earful of cable-news-media...only to discover the problems I'd solved weren't problems at all. Nowadays I really 'need' to stay away from the pull to their 'nether-world' or pay serious consequences in the form of my re-acquaintance with reality.

Mostly he just parrots RNC talking points, but every once in a while he jumps over the fence for a few days. I think it's just his massive ego at work. He wants to be on record speaking the truth once in a long while just so a year or two down the road he can roll a tape and claim he was "the first in the media" to correctly question the Bushies about blah, blah, blah.

Actually, he did this just a few days ago (claiming he was the first to question the WMD crap back in 2003 as I recall). Rest assured, he will be back spitting out (he does need a bib, btw) the usual talking points in a few days. He's a total jerk.

Chris Matthews. I can't watch him my hatred is so great...just like I can't watch B* or Cheney or; they all make me physically ill.
