4. Well, there it is.
I was clicking through the channels and caught some of that exchange on 'Tweety Plays Softball with Republicans'.

And ... if the national Democratic Party is going to adopt the thinking of Schrum (and the other inside-the-beltway consultants), well, then Satan-look-alike and Bushite lawyer Ben Ginzburg is correct -- the radical Republicans will keep the House and Senate in 2006.

Sadly, with the panicked retreat of elected Democrats from Murtha and Feingold, it sure looks like the Schrum formula of 'avoid political risk at all costs' is the path they are taking.

6. But the American Public doesn't watch these exchanges
Edited on Thu Mar-23-06 07:47 PM by DainBramaged
We make such a big deal out of cable news and Tweety and his influence. But the ONLY people he/they influence is us, no one else.

Every morning, over 6,000,000 people watch the Today show, almost 5,500,000 watch Good Morning America, and almost 3,000,000 watch the CBS show.

Know how many people watch Fox and Friends or CNN's morning show?

836,000 and 330,000 total respectively.

NO ONE gives a shit about the cable news shows we give them too much credit.
