8. I think that there should be a populist movement to not pay our
taxes until there are troop withdrawals and until there are contracts that go to the lowest bidder. Let Bush and Cheney pay for their war; it has made them richer. I'll definitely join the boycott if we get a movement afloat. Then Bush can hardly cut them anymore.
