WTF? Tapping calls between patients and doctors!

Conyers calls attention to the Justice Department's answer to question 45 of the Democrats' questions. In it, the Department says it cannot rule out the possibility that the program would tap calls between individuals and their doctors or attorneys.

their medical conditions, or to use the info against them.

Leverage their employment if they have cancer and can't get insurance outside their job.

Blackmail them if they have a history of STDs if they are a politician not on their "team".
