So what? Would you have the same level of compassion if she were a man who killed his wife? Divorce would have solved problems better than murder, if it abuse even took place, which you don't know... Do you have anything that makes you think he was molesting the kids or beating her?

I know plenty of people that married, and had kids young. That is no excuse for MURDER.

some women don't cope well and some do. There was the mother who drowned her children and it appears she is very much insane and has been for quite some time. Either way, she'll never see the light of day.

It is also possible, if she was abused, that she could have battered wife syndrome. We don't know. There could be mitigating factors which led to this, but it could be also as simple as woman scorned by cheating husband.
