10. My small little nickels and dimes boycott country music

I refuse to even stop on the two country music channels on my satellite tv system. The way those girls were treated? Middle America? Bullshit! More like middle 1930s Nazi Germany.

I wouldn't piss on the best part of country music(I know, what best part?). If every one of those puke ass country music singers went dead broke and had to panhandle on some Nashville street, I would look upon the events as real proof that there is a just God.

is my understanding. Their CDs never stopped selling, their performances have been well attended, and they probably made up in new fans what they lost in morans who were mad at them.

A bunch of Redstate radio stations boycotting the Dixie Chicks music was a powerful move only in their own minds.

19. The funny thing is that not buying their CDs doesn't hurt them

as much as it hurts the record company. Musicians don't make much at all off of CD sales. Their money comes from concerts. And since their last tour was a huge success, they came out on top!

but a friend burned me a copy of their first CD when it came out and I was hooked! I have bought evey one of their CDs since. They are awesome and they really ROCK!!

24. That "comeback" line is bullshit

They cleaned up in 2003 in terms of concert tix, awards, and sales. Since then, they've taken a little break from the craziness and went into the studio. To call it a comeback is to imply that they were down the past few years.
