and of all the stunts Bush has pulled, this stands out in my mind as one of the lowest and tackiest. He spends the previous 2 months trying to prove how manly he is by turning Baghdad into a smoldering crater and he tops it off by stuffing his codpiece with half a dozen towels. If Clinton had done that, we'd still be hearing about how it proves what a sexual degenerate he is, but when Bush does it, everyone swoons over how he really puts the cock in cockpit.
