Uh, this is the United States. We were founded on open, honest dialogue with our leaders...who aren't really our LEADERS as much as they are our REPRESENTATIVES.
Any citizen can, and should, talk to the president any way they see fit. He works for us.

I know this is totally not the case anymore. Especially with the current fascist-in-chief. But its how things are supposed to work.
