Of course, the cost of living has to at least match.

Maybe if something happened that cut US operating costs down to size, the problem would be resolved... it's as much cost of product as it is cost of workers... :think: (management pay is another issue as well; I mean your typical exec gets ~500x that of the average worker, I recall the days when it was only 40x... (1978 or so))

3. Because it works with their base belief system

american workers are lazy, they take sick days and vacations instead of working 12 to 18 hours a day. American workers are over paid, under worked and would rather sit home making babies collecting welfare and living off the fat of the land. No one works as hard as a RW or rich person, everyone else is just lazy. Everyone of them knows how welfare people drive caddies and lincolns while they work so hard to get what they have. Its part jealousy, part racism and part self importance that drives them. I know some of them that work at GM who complain that a janitor gets the same rate of pay as they do, after all pushing buttons is lots harder then pushing a broom.
