Why Are These People, Apparently From India, So Interested in My Mortgage?
I know they are telemarketers but what do they want? I can’t understand what they are saying other than the word “mortgage.”

That's what I do with any telemarketer. If you have a mortgage and they need to get in touch with you, the mortgage company will contact you via mail.
