What is up w/that? It's just the Downing Street Memo we've known about for years. Yet now NBC News is reporting it like it was a "new, exclusive" story. Why did Williams say this is from the "now it can be told file"? Why couldn't they have told this before, when it might've made a difference? I think this is just about Andrea Mitchell switching her loyalties & joining the Bush Bash.
