Lady who got the ticket for her bumper sticker was on local news!

For those who didn't read about this the other day, a nurse, here in Atlanta, was pulled over and ticketed for having a "I'm tired of all the Bushit" sticker on her rear bumper.

The story was on our 11PM news tonight! They said the ACLU is going with her to court in April, to explain that the GA Supreme Court ruled over a year ago, that even if you don't like, or don't agree with the statement, "bumper stickers" are FREE SPEECH!

GOOD FOR HER!!!!!

I've never heard of any thing like this happening in Athens. The police and Sherrifs department wouldn't have time to do anything else if they did!

18. I've never understood why we have "free" speech unless it's something

that someone somewhere has decided is not a nice word for something that exists, when the OTHER words for that same something are OK.
