Washington D.C. (AHN) - Laura Bush is making some changes in the White House, namely with her staff. The First lady is replacing most of her staff after nearly five years of service.

Bush is now on her second chief of staff, her second projects and policy director, her third press secretary, and her second social secretary, Lea Berman.

She has also replaced her second executive chef, and is on a search for her third pastry chef, now that Thaddeus DuBois has decided to move on from his post in the kitchen.

Press Secretary Susan Whitson, who has served in the coveted position for over a year, calls the changes in the 20-person staff a “natural turnover”, not disarray or misery.
