Before writing a racial-slur infested post, one guy actually posted 10 times. That must have been so difficult on him, having to write all of ten one phrase neutral posts before letting loose with his true self.

3. I Repectfully Disagree. I Think Ridicule For Any Reason Is

a complete waste of time. There are some reallllllly special freeper threads (rare) that really are such a spectacle that they do deserve some time being open, not for sake of ridicule but for sake of just utter amazement and awe, but the majority of them should absolutely be deleted asap. Firstly, leaving them open makes the infiltrator feel like they got through. Secondly, ridicule is never a way at showing intellectual superiority or any other positive attribute we would want to display. Ignorance and baiting should generally just be ignored, and ridicule in and of itself is always just stupid and worthless imho.

8. OMC, you are so much more evolved than me; I admire your civility.

I guess a lot of us go the "wicked humor" route immediately.

Which is often an almost irresistible way to respond to simplistic posters who believe themselves very clever.

I keep trying to restrain myself, and not be tempted to respond sarcastically to remarks like "you know, I don't agree with him, but he is still our President and should be respected".

As far as the caps go, that was just so I could find my posts easily in the post list at the top of each thread when I scroll through it quickly (for checking for replies etc...). It is actually quite helpful, but in retrospect would probably had been better off without the caps :)

I don't really consider myself "intellectualy superior" to anyone. In fact, I am known far and wide for not being intellectually superior to anyone! :)

I think a lot of good and smart people are brainwashed by their peers and the media. The need us to be patient and listen to their opinions... then give them a good ol' fashioned ass-whoopin cuz we care!
