Bush = Bold / Clinton = Craven
How come it is, according to the Wingnuttery, that everything GWB does is Bold and Courageous. Whether its this God awful war, the miserable Medicare D, the non-starting Soc Sec reform or even the ridiculous Tax cuts. He's always BOLD!
But when Clinton tried to bring us universal health care or WON the war in Kosovo, he's a weak, womanizing, poll-watching bastard.
I know they're a bunch of lying hypocrites, I just thought I'd point this out.
I'm just tired of all this GWB and his Bold Actions crap.

1. It's the good intention/bad intention BS dichotomy.
Even when Clinton does something good, it's only for bad reasons and selfish intent, so it's still bad and he gets no credit. When Bush fucks up or does something seemingly self intersted and anti American, he meant well and only did it for good reasons, so he still gets credit for trying.

All you have to do is start with the premise that Clinton is evil incarnate and Bush is God. Happens every day with the wingnuts.

9. They might know what "bold" means because it's only 1
syllable. "Courageous" is another story.

3. Clinton represented the American people, bush represents
masturbatory fantasy, or something like that. the pigmedia of course are the problemo, because they lie:
"Lying is an accursed vice. It is only our words which bind us together and make us human. If we realized the horror and weight of lying, we would see that it is more worthy of the stake than other crimes...Once let the tongue acquire the habit of lying and it is astonishing how impossible it is to make it give it up" - Montaigne
from pg 71 of Gore Vidal's 'Dreaming War, blood for oil...etc'

4. The "womanizing"---i.e., love of women---is part of the calumny.

Also, Bill is fleshy, corporeal, "soft", so he isn't "masculine'.

5. According to my thesaurus:
the following are all synonyms for "bold"

audacious
foolhardy
hazardous
headstrong
immodest
impudent
presumptuous
rash
reckless
risky
rude
shameless
smart ass

If you look at any of these, then yeah, he's bold.

7. Hmmm, my thesaurus didn't have "impetuous"
but I somehow missed "imperious".

8. If they like alliterations . . .
. . . then, to be accurate, they should refer to "bumbling Bush".
