I've got Joementum!

Lets face it DU, you either voted for Gore / Joementum in 2000, or you didn't vote (or you voted for bush / nader :shrug: <-your choice which is worse).

Anyway, during 2003 cspan road to the White House, they followed Joementum to a boat show (I forgot where). Everyone that came up to Joe fawned over him and stated that he "was the only Democrat (or "one runnin") that they could ever trust to run the county." When Joemenum would ask for their support in the upcoming dem primary, they would always say "I'm a republican." Eventually Joe turns to the camera, and kinda says, "this just couldn't go any worse." It was such an amazing moment.

Joementum is much better then every elected GOP in the house and the senate, imho. He is better then any GOP that the Connecticut party puts up against him.

Joementum get some voters that Cynthia McKinney or Bernie Saunders won't get. He is a dem and deserves our respect. God Bless Him.

I live in NY, so I'm not voting for Joementum this year. If he gets the Dem nomination in 2008, I'd vote for him. Peace, God!

I remember his turning on Clinton and that pissed me off. I could never understand how he made it on the ticket with Gore. I guess someone thought he brought a veneer of moral righteousness to the ticket. He seemed to go AWOL after that election fiasco. His Presidential campaign in 2004 were such that I doubt he'd humiliate himself likethat again. He really ought to worry if he can carry his own State this time.

Joementum is hated here because a) he kisses up to Shrubya at every opportunity and b) he's been consistently pro-invade-Iraq.

But he's hardly the only liberal who qualifies for "b)" (the whole staff of the New Republic are guilty there) and as for a), well, ok, that sucks. But I don't think he's the Worst Person in the World for it.

I merely hope Nedrenaline takes hold in the primary, that's all.
