So they revised the picture in November -- after 9/11 -- but didn't bother updating the info to include the attacks??

Thinking this might be an old page, I went back to the main FBI site and looked under Most Wanted Terrorists for bin Laden's info. Here's the page: http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/terrorists/terbinladen.htm

And it says the same GD thing, no mention of 9/11 or attacks on US soil!! Is this perhaps an indication of their efficiency??

But would they risk signaling that to the public by not updating bin Laden's wanted information? Is it intentional on their part...or is it just a sign that they regard him the way BushCo does, as a convenient foil, forgotten until the need arises to resurrect the bogeyman again?
