People condemning McKinney= Same ones who slandered evacuees?

When I heard about McKinney situation today I rushed to DU, expecting it to be a place of refuge and comfort. Instead I saw posts of people who actually think Congresswoman McKinney would be foolish enough to assault a police officer, unprovoked. Are you guys the same ones who kept spouting off the slanderous lies about the Katrina evacuees--looting, shooting helicopters, and raping? You're damned right this is a case of serving in Congress while Black! Why are some people so quick to assume the worst when it comes to African Americans?
