Hitler? Does this remind anyone else about the way that the Nazis started WWII, by dressing prisoners as Polish soldiers and pretending that they were invading Germany?

A Downing Street Memo revealed that when Bush met with British Prime Minister Tony Blair on January 31, 2003, he made it clear he intended to invade Iraq even if there was no evidence of WMDs, and even in the absence of a second UN resolution. In fact, Bush was so concerned about the lack of evidence against Saddam Hussein, that he even considered flying our own U2 reconnaissance planes over Iraq, and disguising them as U.N. planes by painting them in U.N. colors. In other words, in the absence of evidence, he wanted to entrap Saddam.

...and when I heard this story--this sick lunatic ranting to his poodle Blair about "disguising" US planes, in order to start a war...well, suddenly, the Nazi comparisons started to really sink in. It also made at least LIHOP seem more and more likely...LIHOP simply *smells* like it's ture...don't you all think so?
