A reminder of Cynthia McKinney's rankings on progressive issues

She's in the top 10% in congress. She's outspoken. They WANT to tear her down. She should be considered INNOCENT until proven guilty, and until they show us a video of what happened, we should assume that this is a setup. Because that's how they operate. Get the first impression out there on the news. I don't know the mistakes that Representative McKinney is capable of, but I do know the crimes that this administration and its lackeys are capable of, and smear campaigns are at the TOP of the list. Wow, what a cheap way to win a congressional seat, cheaper than a campaign! For heaven's sake, fight back against the slander. Don't make it easy for them to isolate and pick off one individual.

And why is this getting so much more publicity than Representative Kevin Brady getting a DUI?

It has been disheartening to see the handful of DUers who are quick to assume the worst about Rep McKinney, and accept as fact the rw spin on this matter. She has been an outstanding representative of Demacratic values and has not allowed herself to be intimidated by ANY of the bullies on the Hill. She has been targeted before, and like you, I assume that this is another attempt to silence her.
