4. I remember that one

Not sure exactly when it was but it was definately well prior to the 2004 elections, perhaps even as early as 2001-2. A beautiful example of someone caught in a spotlight, clearly out of his depth, but lacking the ability to simply bolt out of there.

The man is easily the dumbest president I've ever witnessed. Even Reagan at the height of his illness made more sense than this guy. Sadly, I think there is a large contingent of Americans who truly do not WANT a president that is smarter than they are. Well, congratulations freeper types, you got your wish.
