O'Reilly falafel/luffa: What's the joke?

Last night, during Keith Olberman's overview of his ongoing and much needed trashing of O'Reilly, he made many references to falafels and luffa sponges. I'm assuming they have something to do with the sexual harassment case involving O'Reilly's co-worker. Can someone explain the significance of these items? I want to be in on the joke. Thanks!

2. It's from the sex tapes

When he was calling and harrassing his employee by trying to have phone sex with her, i.e. he wanted to rub her with a luffa, etc.

3. The one tape released

in the sexual harrassment case had O'Reilly calling this woman underling and telling her his fantasy of them being in a shower together. He was quite graphic in where he'd put the loofa sponge, and at one point got so excited that he said "falafel" instead of "loofa". I'm sure a DUer will come along who has the entire text of the conversation: frankly, I can't read it without getting nauseated.

I wish I hadn't found out. If you must, go to the smoking gun website and read the court report for the case that was settled out of court between O'Reilly and the young woman who lodged the complaint.
