1. It is obviously not a requirement that a person be particularly

intelligent to fight for and win public office. The country is in the hands of morons, and not particularly intelligent ones, at that. I wouldn't be at all surprised if BushCo is rifling through their private communications and these jerks are too smug to realize it.
