he was a no show at the Feingold censure hearings on Friday? What was his excuse? I lost alot of respect for him for not being there and demanding that the pResident abide by the U.S. Constitution and the laws of our country!

7. I just unsubscribed from Harry Reid's DCCC newletter. He had the gall to

send an email blovating about the evil repigs so give money so the dems can fight them. Under the reason why, i wrote that if the dinos can't support Feingold's Censure, then I can no longer support the 98% Senate dinos who couldn't be bothered to show up for the Censure Hearings or to support Feingold publically on bush's blatant breaking the law and violating the Constitution.

6. FireDogLake's ReddHedd said Kennedy was chairing or testifying at an

immigration hearing at the same time. I don't know if that is a good enough excuse but I have always respected Kennedy and was devestated that he voted for the Patriot Act a few weeks ago and now this.

ReddHedd said she did not know of any excuse for the rest of them and has some good threads on the Censure Hearing.

It's Kennedy's bill under discussion at that immigration hearing. OF COURSE the republicans scheduled the hearings to conflict! (C'mon I'm not the only one at DU who figured this out am I?)
