Ah crap. Bush in Cincy on Opening Day
My beloved Cubs open their season in Cincy tomorrow, April 3, and "President" George Bush is going to throw out the ceremonial first pitch, as presidents have frequently done in the past. But since there is a team in Washington DC now, why doesn't he just stay there and throw out the cfp there? For that matter, why doesn't he just go away? It will be interesting to see how many boos he gets, and to see if the TV blocks them out. The game is on WGN TV channel 9 in Chicago, various channels on cable and satellite systems across the USA. My wish is that he would get 100% boos and people would turn their backs when he's introduced. Go Cubs! Sorry, had to get that in.

Bush will probably already be upset not to hear "under God" in the Star-Spangled Banner.
