It's likely one of the witnesses or maybe even the surviving angel got their plate and it's also likely that someone within their chapter has the contacts to get the owner's full name and address. After some convincing they will
get the rest of the names.

Seriously starting a fight with the Angels is a deathwish one way or another revenge will be dished out against them and the people they know.

If it was stolen in Florida, that's a long way to drive for a gang hit.

Otherwise, I don't know of any Connecticut gangs with a grudge against the Angels who would steal an SUV there that just happened to have Florida plates.

OTOH, it could be a mob hit. There are a lot of Italian communities in Connecticut. The mob and the Angels go way back distributing drugs together. The mob could have sent someone from Florida to Connecticut. Beyond that possibility, it's a total mystery to me.

I don't know about y'all, but if I was a mobster who wanted to send some Florida people to kill Hells Angels in Connecticut, I'd fly my shooters in and have them rent a vehicle. Arming them is no problem.

Yeah, this is a serious mystery--why would someone with access to a Florida-registered vehicle want to go after Connecticut Angels?
