Why is it we will seize the cars and houses of drug dealers and runners and auction them off?
To discourage people from going into the drug bidness STUPID!

Why don't we seize the homes of the company CEOs who engage in the hiring of illegal immigrants?
Why don't we seize the businesses that hire illegals and auctin off the business contents and the building?

Didn't a Wal-mart get busted for locking an illegal immigrant cleaning crew inside at night?
What would happen if your community seized the offending Wal-Mart, auctioned off the contents
then turned the shell into a homeless shelter?

2. I would suggest seizing their business and auction it off

It is the business that is at fault, Yes the CEO is behind the business, but that is because he/she is bending to the demands of the entire board and the share holders.
If they fear loosing the business, then they would make damn sure the business was operating under legal and fair practices.
