1. Wouldn't the Supreme Court have a role?
That would be problematic.

9. Not really
House brings the charges. Senate holds the trial. Chief Justice presides.

If I remember correctly from the Clinton impeachment.

The Chief Justice just sort of sits there.

When Quakers put the permanent bases on a website map they ended up being spied upon domestically in the US as some kind of subversive outfit...

If the U.S. is ultimately leaving Iraq, why is the military building 'permanent' bases?
http://www.fcnl.org/iraq/bases.htm

These same permanent bases are what is fuelling the insurgency in Iraq...

"" The poll also found that 80 percent of Iraqis think the United States plans to maintain permanent bases in the country even if the newly elected Iraqi government asks American forces to leave. Researchers found a link between support for attacks and the belief among Iraqis that the United States intends to keep a permanent military presence in the country.""

10. If we focus on the torture he has allowed...60% Possibility
I think we will find the American people hate torture. There are no examples from history to support it. We need to start finding things hidden in plain sight when it comes to torture.
