DNC Response to Tom DeLay Withdrawing from House Race

WASHINGTON, April 4 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Democratic National Committee Communications Director Karen Finney today issued the following statement in response to reports that scandal-plagued former Republican House Majority
Leader Tom DeLay has decided to withdraw from his re-election race:

"Tom DeLay's announcement is just the beginning of the reckoning of the Republican culture of corruption that has gripped Washington for too long. From DeLay, to Scooter Libby, to Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, to Duke Cunningham, to Bob Ney, to David Safavian -- the list goes on and on. Make no mistake, this Fall the American people are going to have a clear choice between Democrats who offer a bold vision based on honest leadership and real security, and Republicans who can only offer more of the same Republican culture of corruption and incompetence."

2. Dave Matthew's "Ant's Marching" Is In Order Here
Or maybe Harry Waller's Cockroaches on Parade.

No doubt Bugman knows Buckam and Rudy are gonna sell him down the river so get out now while the getting and the money is good. Bugman's ego must be taking a pounding right now...having to eat shit once again and try to make it look like apple butter.

The game now is to keep track of this vermin. He's got something up his sleeve...going under cover onto K Street to hold onto what's left of his slush funds and contacts. This guy is down, but definitely not out.

It's gonna locking this weaseldick away until he's rendered harmless.

6. I'll bet Little Lord Pissypants didn't have a good night last night!
Edited on Tue Apr-04-06 06:50 AM by AndyA
Look for him to be suffering the effects of a drinking binge last night. He'll either be puffy, overly made up (ala Katherine Harris), or strangely out of the public spectrum today to cover up his obvious ill effects of too much alcohol.

His little dictatorship isn't holding up too well right now against Lady Liberty, who is marching slowly but surely directly at him and his cronies.

The pressure is on. How long until Bush can't take it any more? He will be held accountable this time, for the first time, and he's not going to like it. Mommy and Daddy can't bail your sorry ass out this time, Georgie.

Edit: Spelling.

Delay is a far better man by far than Newt, imho. He's a warrior .. and I believe he's good religious man with a deep core of character. I just can't trust Gingrich. I'm just thinking: W plays chess ..............
