14. i don't see the words "blind trust" anywhere
just telling your financial advisor, "go ahead and trade whatever you think best, no need to tell me" does not make it a "blind trust". a true blind trust is a trust created by legal documents which PROHIBIT the trust, or any other knowledgeable party, from informing the principal of the actual investments.

(i'm sure you knew that, just clarifying that it was not a real blind trust.)

9. Yeah, the same kind of "accident" that proclaimed Bush as winner.
Seems to me that half of the people in prison could claim "accident" for their crimes...

10. I accidentally buy stocks all the time.
I wish I had accidentally bought some Apple stock back in the early nineties, when they were selling shares at Macworld for a buck a share. Now THAT would have been one awesome accident!

12. WJ also mentioned that while owning it - he placed BIG orders
for the company's voting machines. Didn't make Blackwell look good.

13. Yeah, let's ask MARTHA about these kind of "accidents"
ass hole - he's a RW pro-business & election fraud hack and everyone knows it - it's just a matter of getting enough evidence to put him in jail...

16. ITS BS
Cause any new "incoming" portfolio manager should be pretty aware of the fact that he holds public office, particularly as Sec of State...

I am just so tired of this blaming the other guy stuff every single time these guys are found to eb guilty of conflict of interest, how much you want to bet those rival vendors who were already suspicious of impropriety are grinning now (of course how many of them are part of this voting scnadal too, I don't know.)
