MSM Now - French Protests!!!!
Both MSGOP and CNN using the same feed from the protests in France.

Message: US may be in bad shape, but at least the people aren't in the streets!!!

Interesting that the MSM is giving more airtime to protests overseas than they
ever give to protests right here.

God, I wish I lived in France!

1. They are protesting for worker's rights
so they have to painted as radicals and weirdos.

What they are actually protesting is that companies can't fire them. Lifetime employment just like Japanese firms used to offer (that is why we have Japanese baseball players here now) and how union jobs here in the US used to be. I saw ABC WNT coverage of this and the reporter asked one multi-colored hair youngster how he can expect lifetime employment when no one else in the world has that...the guy shrugged his shoulders and said "This is France" in other words--because we have demanded it.

7. Wrong actually
They are fighting to get a law repealed that was was forced through by Villepan without the French parliament even getting to discuss it. The law states that employees under 26 can be fired on a day-to-day basis without any reason by an employer. As it stands they probably get anything from 2 to 4 weeks notice. Meanwhile in Germany, they are introducing the same law for people of any age, yet there isn't a single person protesting. After all the Germans have a certain history of doing what their leaders tell them.

They thought that Chirac and Dominique de Villepin might win the battle but loose the war so to speak.

5. I wonder how many "news" people signed on for this assignment?
How often do you get to cover something in a country with the greatest food and culture on earth?

6. Fox News said riots wouldn't happen if Reagan led France
Not kidding! Former Ohio congressman and Fox contributor John Kasich was touting the Reagan dream as the video from Paris was rolling. He said America should be thankful we're not like France. LOL. He also reminded everyone that France opposed our invasion of Iraq. It all ties together! "France wrong, USA right."
