DeLay is finally honoring his vow to America

It took him, what? Twelve years to do so, but in the end he is doing his part to honor his Contract with America.

He's really doing something to end Congress' cycle of scandal and disgrace. He's stepping down.

Now if we can just get that other politician from Texas that's in the WH to do the same we may be able make some progress toward cleaning up the mess they've left behind.
