I also have sent it to a few people. I have a daughter who is 19 serving in the Army in Iraq. I worry for her, all our toops, & the plight of the Iraqi prople.

To go to war with Afghanistan where Bin Laden was stationed made sense. It had UN sanction. To go to war with Iraq was not UN sanctioned, but rather some misrepresented coalition and the American people and our representatives were lied to. First Al Queda was in Iraq then it was weapons of mass destruction. Now its to spread democracy even though democratic prinicple doesn't approve the use of force, but rather debate. Democracy acknowledges the principle that a people should be self determinate, not forced. Our president (he has demeaned the title to lower case) is a megalomaniac who forces his will on all by any & all means possible. The idiot has even apologized to Mexico that there is debate in our congress. Appalled hardly even covers my feelings. Impeached?! The man should be tried as a traitor but noone wants to suffer that humiliation to our world stature.

We cannot sustain much more debt as a nation so the war will have to end soon. I hope the Iraqi people get their act together fast enough so that any benefit they may have gained is not soon lost.

71. Kick & R - " WWJD" was chilling...

That is by FAR, the most controversial animation you've made thus far. I've been watching your stuff and if anything at that festival deserves to win this month - it's that one.

I made a video 2 years ago before Christmas put to Stevie Nick's "Silent Night" - it's a photo slide show using the "Ken Burn's effect" (panning and zooming on the images). I recognize several of the photos I used in that in your video - those poor kids, it breaks my heart no matter how many times I see those photos. (And as you know, editing this stuff, you become intimately familiar with the photos you use, from watching the video over and over and over...until you feel it is "perfect".)

Keep up the good work, and good luck with this month's contest. :thumbsup:
