I truly believe that even before Bush stole the election in 2000, he had plans to start a war with Iraq. That's been pretty well documented. After 9-11, he seems to have ordered invading Afghanistan impatiently, wanting that battle to be over quickly, so that he could concentrate on his real objective, war with Iraq, and removing Saddam Hussein from power.
Now, this is what I have to accept...and I do...this miserable excuse for a man was willing to send decent men and women to their deaths, or to face lives forever changed by loss of sight, or limb, or mind, in order to get his way. He was perfectly willing to attack Iraq, and innocent women and children, so that he could satisfy his personal ambitions. He knew there was no threat, although he was willing to manufacture one. He knew that lives would be lost, survivors would be forever scarred, and many lives would be shattered by his actions, but he didn't care.
The pain, the horror of war, the grieving for lost loved ones was no more important to him than what color tie to wear on any particular day. For one human being to have enough power to destroy so many lives, there should be no other way to solve the situation. He looked the other way when inspectors found no evidence of WMD in Iraq, and chose to lie, and invade anyway.
These are the actions of a man so lacking in conscience or decency, that he is willing to sacrifice a limitless number of human lives to sate his desire to be a "war president", and defeat Iraq. The president is a sociopath, and America must come to grips with the fact that our so-called leader is devoid of any pretense of human decency, and deserves to be tried for wars against humanity.
