3. Is this just a big Chevy product placement ad disguised as journalism?

Or am I being a TV-deprived cynic? Perhaps I'll never know. But as clever and third-wavish as Chevy's "make your own commercial" gimmick is, I'm not sure it's as newsworthy as the DUers' efforts to turn their ads into anti-SUV ads. We're the story here, not Chevy's cute marketing gimmick.

I am pretty sure I saw it here - I can't remember whose it was. And there was a clever "don't worry about the flowers, run them over" clip, too.
