3. I tried it without the "the"

i.e. "cultureofcorruption.com" (because shorter URLs are generally more preferred AND RWers have no imagination--they just copy). It comes up with nothing. Didn't check whois.

Googling the phrase with no spaces (cultureofcorruption) gets mostly hits on freep and a couple like this one:
