Leahy's on the floor talking about Salazar being attacked verbally (by other Senators/Congressmen). Apparently comments like "Why don't you go back where you came from".

Leahy's chastising the Republicans, saying they should stand up and disassociate themselves from such comments. Says they don't want to debate.
