We noted in this a.m.'s Daily Muck that Rep. Katherine Harris (R-FL) changed all the locks on the doors of her Senate campaign's Tampa HQ, and posted a security guard at the entrance. Roll Call's Heard on the Hill has this quote, from an unnamed former aide:

"She's so crazy she can't figure out that people aren't trying to get in, they're trying to get out!"

I am convinced he is trying to undermine her campaign. Why else would she have gotten all these high profile people to sign on, then suddenly jump ship? (Other than the obvious reason that she in unhinged, but they must have known that going in.) He's setting the stage for someone else.

Re: Katherine Harris: I sincerely HOPE she puts up a fight. That $10 million will buy her a lot of air time. She seems tough. I believe she's in it for the long haul.
