1. Sorry, can't do it.
Question #5: Who would you prefer to anchor CBS News? Couric, O'Reilly or Dobbs? How about "None of the above"?

2. Yeah I know!
Warning: NO GOOD CHOICES on #5!!

I closed my eyes and picked one, other than that I was glad to make my voice heard on the matter. I think CBS will lose TONS of viewers!

I for one will not watch it anymore, sick of Couric's prepackaged perky nonsense.

7. LOL!
I voted no on everything...Couric's an idiot but how anybody in their right mind can even consider O'Reilly as anchor of anything is nuts!

12. I have repug relatives who think O Lielly is God.
They believe everything he says regardless of how off base or unfactual it is. It's comic, yet almost sad in a way.

And then there was Rush...

4. Freepers hate her
And I don't mean just dislike, they really hate her like she's some sort of criminal. They say she's liberal, but I've never seen her do a thing.

6. How come nobody ever mentions Leslie Stahl?
She's been with CBS forever, and is a credible reporter.

10. Anne Curry from NBC is also good...
would much rather see HER there than Ms. Perky...

I can see it now: "Next up, how to suceed in any relationship using only your middle finger."

9. She has the job already...
... It's a done deal, so a poll at this point is rather moot... The ratings of the show after she takes over will be the true scorecard of what is thought of her performance.

11. She won't have a very good showing for sure.
Most people on both sides of the aisle don't really like her style. Tonight on the CBS Evening News, Bob Schieffer said some good things about her. He was just being gracious, IMO.

14. The left and the right might not like her...
..but "middle America" does, considering that the Today Show has dominated the morning news market for some time now.

I'm not saying that the switch to prime time news will be an instant success (we'll have to wait and see), but she is popular.

By the way, the whole notion of a news personality being biased towards one side or the other is ridiculous, anyway. It's all a matter of perception to each viewer.
