By his definition, I'm "manly." My kids were very amused.

2. his guest was positively insane |
|
I goggled some of his work. He had a quote, paraphrased:
"If women are accepted as equal in this society, then they must accept that they will be correctly told they aren't"

4. That remark about how women should only make 1/3 of the income |
|
and do 2/3 of the cooking didn't go over well here.

3. I watched. That guy was a pure idiot. |
|
Colbert made him look even dumber. He says women should be earning 1/3 men's salaries and doing 2/3 house work. Only a regressive republican would advocate anything that stupid in the 21st century.

6. So THAT's what was wrong with his hair, I knew there was something |
|
funny about his hair--it almost looked like a soup bowl cut with the top level and bottom level at different lengths. Thanks for clearing that up.

11. what a doddering fucking idiot |
|
Yeesh. He came off like a total tool. I loved how Colbert would point out how clearly absurd his objections were, and the guy would simply agree without objection.
:toast: to colbert.
