1. That's iconic

almost in the way of that horrible gunshot picture.....I literally, physically gagged. It was the flag at the top. From a purely artistic perspective, that plus the bodies plus the man with his face covered (shame? grief? exhaustion? psychological destruction) is incredibly powerful. And horrible. I'd like to see this on every telephone pole in America, perhaps with the text LIBERATING THE IRAQI PEOPLE....

Which I admit I am merely assuming those are.

2. You can't even see the whole indiginity with this picture...

Each of those men is wearing an Adult diaper, because the flight is very long, and they were not releeased from those restraints at any time. Yes, they sat in that position for upwards of 12 hours, and some if not all of them would have been sitting in their own excrement.

To top it off, most of those men in that picture had done nothing wrong.
