4. Appreciated the caller who says this is another diversion

plotted by the wing-nuts to take away from their miserable slime and crime stories. Last night, all I heard was about McKinney -- not one word on that slime blitz from DHS or Delay's woes -- I want to hear every nasty detail about these creeps and I want to hear it over and over like we still to this day hear about Ted Kennedy's accident -- never about Laura Bush's being a murderous POS.

i have to add that the very problem these people are so up in arms about became ''visible'' when we made the border crossing more restrictive.

Gotta stop it with confiscation of companies.. That would DO it..and the legislators are too chicken to even bring up the national ID thing..

If they just issued every citizen a passport, and it was required for school entrance, medical care and job paperwork, we would have very little "illegal" immigration.. and US employers would have to think long and hard.. "is it worth losing your company in order to hire $5hr workers?"

They know that their libertarian voters would scream bloody murder at "being identified", BUT if you REALLY wnat to differentiate legal from NOT legal, it's the ONLY way to really do it..

Sure.. there will be some counterfeiting, but lots would think it too risky to sneak in if they KNEW it would be very hard to put their kids into schools, go to an ER or get a job..

MEXICO HAS TO STEP UP AND TAKE CARE OF ITS OWN.. That's NUMERO UNO :)
