24 Democrats offer healthcare's plan in the Senate

Remember the Kerry/Edwards's healthcare plan during the campaign that allowed individual to subscribe to federal employees' healthcare plans?

It was introduced in the Senate yesterday. Do not tell Democrats have no ideas.
