Come on down to the French Quarter Festival 21-23 April. 60 local restaurants will set up food booths throughout the quarter and along the riverwalk. 120 musical performances throughout the area on 12 musical stages; dancing in the streets; huge ass beers or cute fancy drinks with umbrellas (your choice,) jocularity, frivolity, and a huge boost for the city's tax base. You can buy a feather boa and vamp it up, maybe get a bag of beads, find a balcony and see what happens!!! Its kind of a warm up for the locals prior to the two weekends of JazzFest. Come on down and help the city let the good times roll, at least for one weekend.
