Interesting dillema-either Bush has to accuse Cheney of lying
or admit that he lied, or both will have to accuse Libby of lying. Bush needs Cheney to keep him from being impeached. Does Libby have any written documents supporting this? Will Cheney take one for the team? Will * ever get invited to another Republican Rubber Chicken Dinner? Stay tuned..............

2. The onus is on the White House
They either have written instructions to Libby or they don't. You don't declassify with a wave of your hand. It takes a signed document. If that document says "the part about Plame is off-limits" then fine, Bush is telling the truth. Want to bet they never release that document?

5. Let them
That constitutes an egregious abuse of power. Declassifying documents solely for political gain cannot be construed any other way.
