So if Fitz is still digging around, then isn't it an indicator that Bush and Cheney lied to him? What does Fitz need in order to take it to the next level and take on Rove, Cheney, and/or Bush?

2. DAMN - that's a great point. |

Remember how all the talk show hosts used that to attack Clinton? Let's see how many deal with Bush's refusal to tell the truth to the prosecutor.

Clinton was impeached because he allegedly lied under oath. Bush claimed when he ran for office that he was going to bring integrity back to the Office of the President. Let's just see him squirm out of this one.

4. Hmmm...I wonder if Judy Miller would have a cause for action based |
|
on Bushco's withholding of the facts? Judy is obviously a tool of the administration, but she's now a has-been and a case against Bush would put her back in that spotlight she so dearly craves.

9. Yes, and even though W. refused to speak to investigators under oath |
|
the fact that he refused to do so and hired a oprivate attorney indicates that if he diseminated, that he WILLFULLY AND KNOWLINGLY mislead the prosecutor of a federal crime.
(Wasn't this what cooked Martha Stewart?)
