Does everyone see where this is going? Bush is just another president, this is just another leak.

4. I'd love to see Helen Thomas step up behind Leslie during a
*news*cast and give him a whack on the head for being such a sycophant.

10. It's really Hitlerian...
and I hate to use that word - Hitler was a most special case of pure sociopath. BUT...is there no offense that these guys can commit which is beyond the scope of the MSM to 'forgive'?

Why do I think that if MIHOP were shown to bew true, LEslie would point to various horrors which the government has perpetrated...and is it a Presidential Privilege to do so?

12. Jeff Greenfield is now apologizing....
by saying that leaks are OK because everyone else did it...but he hasn't once said that any of these presidents leaked the name of a CIA op which put both her and her people in dire jeopardy.

Shit on him too, that putz...

11. Did you see in "The Situation Room"
where Lesliewolf asked Bob Schieffer whether "is this a big scandal or a LITTLE scandal" ... Gee, he seemed to be hoping for a certain answer ... Then he quickly changed the subject to Katie Couric.

14. But if the Plame name was part of this leak, he committed treason.
President's can certainly leak anything but they must face the consequences of committing an illegal act. What is cracking me about this is the hypocrisy. When Ellsberg released the Pentagon Papers he was vilified across the board but for the anti-war crowd. He was called a traitor. But Bush leaks and it is well, he can, so what?

1) We didnt do anything wrong
2) OK, we did something wrong, but its OK because everyone else did it too
3) OK, everyone else didnt do it. But Dems knew about it and should have stopped it.
4) OK, Dems didnt know about it, but they should have tried harder.
