The chronology of what "should" happen....

First, George W Bush should be censured, just as Senator Feingold has suggested. These latest revelations only validate what many people have thought for some time.

Secondly, George W Bush should be given the opportunity to resign. If he refuses to do so, the Congress should unite with a "sense of the Senate" resolution declaring that what he has done is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

If he still refuses to resign, he should be impeached.
